Since they announced the remake of Super Mario RPG, I’ve found myself playing the original again.
In fact, I have a few classics that I still play regularly.
- Zelda ALttP
- Super Metroid
- Metroid Prime (Switch remaster is 🔥)
- Kirby Air Ride (City Trial is still my go-to party game with my 30 year old friends)
- Super Mario 64

Tetris Attack on the SNES is still the best puzzle game ever
My favorite part was when you had an epic 2-player battle and the SNES cpu couldn’t keep up so the framerate would dramatically drop, allowing you to make more and more advance moves ahead of the block drops. 15 minute rounds would last only like 9 in-game minutes.
