    The felony is on the seller, according to the statute. As long as Trump doesn’t cross a state line in possession of the gun he’s probably fine. That’s how I read it, anyway.

      Well he bought it in the worst Carolina, so I guarantee he’s since crossed a state line. Probably with it loaded in his pants and pointing directly at his crotch.

        I’m sure his babysitters confiscated it (and probably did the purchase themselves as well) so he wouldn’t have a chance to shoot someone with it.

            What’s the likelihood Trump actually has money for a purchase like this? Chances are, the only liquid funds he can access are from political docations. Buying a firearm with political donation money sounds like another crime
