Because they are the opposition to our neoliberal parties in power, the economic suicide Germany is committing is making many workers angry. The right wing party AFD has been marketing themselves as a workers party for a long time now so this position makes absolute sense for them, when the Ukraine conflict started the only parties who opposed it were on the far right and far left
