Man is the future just going to be eternal rent, Florida & Cuba under water, and everlasting haze from fires from across the world?

Yeah, things have been weird since 2020.

Maybe one day I’ll look back at this time and laugh. Maybe.

Shouldn’t the more important title be that Canada is going to continue to deal with fires… Why does US always make everything about them

I think I have a right to make things about myself.

There’s been a ton of pollution in the air, it’s not good. My dog won’t go outside, he’s too scared of the smoke. It kinda sucks.

But of course, that doesn’t matter, how dare I think about myself and my life and how things are impacting me.

Maybe I come off as a rude, self-centered guy, IDK. But I don’t get a right to complain? I think it’s fair to think about myself every once in a while. Maybe you think differently.

No, I think he’s right. Canada’s suffering doesn’t mean his problems aren’t valid, and he has the right to express them.

But of course, we shouldn’t forget that Canada has to deal with the wildfires.

The community is called Casual Conversation, OP is rightfully wanting to express their (personal) problems.

If we were /c/World news, yeah the title would have been too US-centric then.
