Do you enjoy an eight hour workday? Safer working conditions? Do you like having weekend off? How about overtime pay? Vacation time? Sick leave? FMLA (in the US)? Workers Compensation for injuries suffered at work?

Unions did that, and being able to do that means having an organizational structure, office space, lawyers, money for strike pay, negotiators, spokespeople. Those are jobs which deserve compensation, and necessary expenses.

Thank union members for paying union dues so that you can enjoy the fruits of their labor.
