Reminded me of this great documentary covering the history and effectiveness of torture framed through the topic of torture in video games specifically CoD https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPiL3-CYzWk

There’s a similar story where a downed pilot is asked how the bombs work, says he doesn’t know, then makes up a bunch of nonsense so they won’t torture him, and ends up talking to a professor of some type who realises he doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
