    This will almost certainly get challenged in court, if it manages to pass, and it has a high likelihood of being tossed, since it’s for the express purpose of thought-policing citizens.

    As fucked up as it is, the US has never given immigrants many rights or protections, so the current regime thought-policing them (and worse) is sadly not without some level of precedent. But to deny travel to anyone who says the IDF sucks and how Israel is committing war crimes and genocide—it’s basically treating those people like criminals who are flight risks, as if they intend to eventually prosecute and incarcerate them.

    And the terrifying thing is, that might be a piece of the endgame. Get your passports, if you live in the US, just in case.
