But Germany has a higher percentage of immigrants (18,8 vs 15 8%) as well as immigration than the US (2,36 mn vs 1 mn, or 3% vs 0,3%)?
What a trash article
Obviously a temporary anomaly because of Ukraine. Long term German population is expected to decline while US population is expected to continue to grow. Driven by immigration, not birth rate.

Germanys immigration has exceeded 1 mn yearly since 2013. https://www.statista.com/statistics/894223/immigrant-numbers-germany/
It is also about a quarter to fifth of the US’ size.
Also, that forecast is contradicted by the actual population numbers since: https://www.statista.com/statistics/672608/development-population-numbers-germany/
Having to import cheap labor to keep up with America. I don’t know why they feel the need to, they know infinite growth is not sustainable. sustainable
