No, it wasn’t a joke, they only had so many colors to choose from and figured at least one person might like using it. What, were they going to make all of them gray??

Also, there were other bright/garish themes, but those weren’t nearly as memorable because they didn’t have catchy names. So in a way you might even call Hot Dog Stand a success.
