Thought I’d start another weekly thread for check ins and such. I currently do a ~48h fast every Monday and Tuesday. As of this morning I’m down 22kg from when I started in May. I’m feeling like my other health habits have been slipping lately, but I’m finding the fasting schedule easy to keep up.
