    Linux is a great home desktop os, haiku is alright in vm.

      While haiku has a long way to go, right now Linux is still a terrible desktop OS.

        It might be a terrible desktop OS, we just don’t have anything better. So it kind of great desktop OS.

            Sounds like a philosophical answer to a technical question. What distro, what desktop environment are we talking about? What were you unable to do, what was impractical? Surely a terrible OS has more to show than three vague bullet points…
