It can, but mostly not for industrial grain production and solar at the same time.
Pasture for high quality livestock.
You can do that, but I’d really prefer to avoid ruminants due to the methane that their gut bacteria produce
We don’t even need to limit ourselves to those two, to be honest. Agrivoltaics is quite flexible and can be used in many different crops and forms (above crops, between crops, etc)
A surprisingly small amount of seaweed in their diet helps with that, a lot.
