The studio is Flying Bark Productions, Aussies who made the 100% Wolf movies, the Marvel What if…? animated series, Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur, 3D work on the new Last Airbender animated film and a bunch of other serviceable though not-prestige series and films.

I would certainly not classify them with the low quality work that you’re describing. Writing aside, it’s interesting to see animators leaning into the Arcane / Disco Elysium painterly aesthetic.
