If there’s one hat I absolutely hate wearing for this business, it is the IT hat. Spending my evening dealing with IT crap and I have zero patience for it when anything doesn’t go to plan.
Trying to integrate new CRM software into my workflow, one of the main reasons I purchased the software licence is because it includes a very useful Outlook desktop plugin. Which only functions if your email account is hosted by Microsoft 365, which mine is not. So now I have to change email providers, migrate my inbox, set up access / 2FA all over again. I can’t be bothered with this.

I genuinely feel for you man. That process you’re describing is a pain in the ass even for IT people.
