OK, so I guess this is my week of checking out Old guy, revenge gun Movies that are absolutely bananas and on the surface should be so idiotic that They should be terrible but… no.
Nobody Is a heap of fun from start to finish, and at the same time so absolutely over the top. Bob Odenkirk is one of the greatest.
I mean, who doesn’t want to see Christopher Lloyd mow down Russia mobsters with a double barrel shotgun?

My daughter and I watched the first and second one last week. The second is not as good as the first but still good if you liked the first one.
Its also, essentially, the same plot.
Honestly it had no business being good but it really was a fun time!
I thought it was pretty terrible. The fight scenes, which a movie like this is all about, was just not great.
I’ve watched the first one 3 or 4 times now. I recommend skipping the sequel.
Agreed the sequel was too complicated and it lost its charm when the wife was in on it.
So the sequel also goes the way john wick did.
Agreed but unfortunately the world nobody built was way less interesting. Even then john wick had diminishing returns on each movie.
I feellike there were a couple of lines in the first though hinting at the wife.
I watched Nobody 2 the other day and my low expectations were being subverted. Save yourself 90 Minutes of lifetime and skip that one.
Loved them both, looking forward to 3.
It’s a fun movie, but the action tropes do get a bit thick near the end.
The Obshak scene, where Hutch confronts Yulian in the club, though - chef’s fucking kiss.
