the past few months I have wasted so much food as I search for ways to prepare food without dairy , this made me anxious but now I realise it was just a temporary thing,
the difficult thing was loss of enjoyment of food, I am starting to get that back as I develop new habits
Chicken katsu curry with rice. Looove how the potatoes come out, how they soak up that delicious curry flavour. It’s my youngest Minipeelers birthday and this was her choice for birthday dinner. It’s meant to have apple juice but given the use of concentrates and imported juice I bought some apples and made my own. I reckon it’s better.

Also, taking a poll on classic Aussie curry powders - Clive or Keen’s? Didn’t have any Keen’s to compare but I feel like these wings could handle a little bit more kick, not sure if Keen’s would deliver that?
I’ll use either. If you want more kick add in a little chilli powder.

Half a teaspoon should be alright.
I use both and also other stuff like S&B Japanese curry powder (in the red can only, not the sachets). My kids elevate their after school 2 minute noodles with a liberal dash of keens. Mr P likes to use Clive. Those wings look chef’s kiss
