    That still sounds like you feel time pressure due to how much time your job takes up in your life.

      I only really go to work for 1/2 of my workday every day, but still feel pressure by how much time my job takes out of my life, is there a disability-level diagnosis I can get here? Or a grant or something?

        i mean yeah it might legit be worth looking into, i have autism and i’ve been outright told that i shouldn’t expect to be able to work more than 50%.

      Having done something like this before; showing up early to work (to avoid traffic) and eating there can be less stressful than eating at home, and dealing with the traffic going to work. And waking up earlier means going to bed earlier which means less even*ng time with the S.O.
