The post said gas, not gasoline? Latam countries don’t really shorten it to gas I don’t think, that’s a NA thing.
Rest of the western world mostly has petrol or some form of bensin. I suppose OP could also be referring to Japan which has gasorine.

Still North America, still has quite cheap petrol currently and you ignored my point that this meme was in fact posted by an American so we can assume it’s about the US or at least North America (all of which is currently paying less for fuel than most Europeans paid BEFORE Trump’s stupid ass war).
