I was trying to convince my boss that buying skills (ie: learning) is better than renting them forever from the AI, but I don’t think I convinced him
Unfortunately, the skills would then be owned by you, which the company rents, too. If only the company could actually own you, maybe then it’d be willing to invest into your education.
