Scientific papers are too complicated generally with their vocab and I’ve trawled through lots of like social media posts and wedmd/live strong type posts.

Basically:
- shift your circadian rhythm
- expose yourself to bright light before/during your shift (an article mentioned 4 hours were done in their study resulting an increase in alertness).
- shades during the day when you’re done with work
- darken your room or wear a sleep mask
- lower core body temp for better sleep
