It’s night and it’s dark, so no lights which means no books. No wifi or PC. Gotta save phone battery so no phone. Also it’s so damn hot I think I’m gonna melt.

When it’s already really hot? I’m assuming there’s no cold water on hand either.

I mean, maybe a cold shower after. Actually not bad… but not if you’re on a boil water warning. But if you have bottled? Hmm…

Candles and play solo card games or a board game if I have company.

I’m also thinking of that braille Playboy magazine from Robin Hood: Men in Tights. Would come in handy in the dark :D

Look up at the stars in this chance to grasp the vastness of space and marvel at the opportunity to be a part of it.

Reading a book or writing a diary if you have a suitable light source (candle, hand crank flashlight etc)

Light meat prep (no cooking, minimize opening fridge, minimal or no cutting with knife if you can’t see)

    Napping/sleeping til daylight arrives

Wet a hand towel with cold water, wring out and place on your forehead and/or neck…

Get on the radio and enjoy your S0 noise floor until the power and QRM come back.
