Oh man there’s so much Avatar content out there now. Last time I really checked in there were only 3 graphic novels of 3 volumes each. Are the more recent ones, like North & South, worth checking out?
The old comic team did two more: Smoke and Shadow and North and South. After that, a new team wrote Imbalance which again had three issues. Since then they’ve been doing several one-issue comics that sometimes take place during the show and sometimes are a continuation. I really enjoyed the new comics but the release is very slow with sometimes only one issue or year.

What is the “old friends poster”?
I believe it’s this image, which according to comments online was handed out at San Diego Comic Con in 2012 as promotional material.
Toph lookin like I owe her money… please don’t hurt me.
From her outfit, I think this poster is probably set in a time after Toph founded the Metalbending police force.
Though knowing Toph, being a law enforcement officer might not keep her from enacting some extrajudicial justice if she thinks you deserve it…
