I actually almost exclusively play SP Tarkov, since my PC is a little on the older side and sometime struggle to run Tarkov (plus Comrade Hamster powering the server seems to struggle pretty hard when I tried to go online)
Also, it seems the next wipe will come sooner than later and I don’t want to commit to much to the Live version
Makes sense, SPT is the better experience in many ways.

Yes, although since I got the game recently and still want to learn it properly if I can ever run it well online, I play a mostly vanilla like version (with AI mod to makes scav and PMC behave a bit more like players and such)
Although I would have a really hard time playing without mods like the More Checkmarks one LOL
Learning the maps is a huge filter. So many offline hidden cache runs. I miss hatchet runs being viable because they allowed players to have a low stakes experience learning where the action happens.
I really hope Russia 2028 incorporates the lessons from SPT
Honestly, my greatest hope right now is that the Stay in Tarkov project becomes successful, having the possibility to play the game with friends and with 0 cheaters, 0 sweatlords, and modded sounds heavenly
I had no clue that existed, that’s awesome
It is very, very work in progress, but yes the potential is off the charts (and will probably get copyright striked if we get real)
