Was running a Monk with 6 challenges and lucked out on seed. +3 leather armor from ghost, +3 rapier from sacrificial altar at level 6, chains in the sewers and hourglass pretty early.

Seed: SRM-ZSM-LTS (this is Shattered PD v2.3.0-beta-1.3).
