For the prevention of doxxing and harassment it is a good idea to censor usernames in screenshots of activity on lemmy.
Or assume that the internet is public and you have no privacy on the internet. I won’t hide someone’s name, then again I don’t give a damn about making screenshots of random people to post elsewhere.
If you don’t want to be ‘doxxed’ don’t put your personal information on the internet. It’s your job, to protect yourself. It’s not my job to protect you
