I feel like no one wants to do anything but sit inside and stare at screens. I had to pull teeth to try to get people to go with me and see a friend of mine play some live music at a bar. I ended up sitting at the bar by myself drinking NAs listening to music but I can’t help but feel lonely.

Drinking wouldn’t help. I know that it will only make it worse. I’ve been making positive strides in fitness and mental health, but it just seems like what’s the point? There’s nothing to look forward to anymore.
