And write the r in org.

And write the r in org.
It looks like it reinforces what I was already thinking.
The comic’s choice to include personal property is completely bonkers.
All?
So, if I collect clay in some remote place, and make a dinner plate out of it to use in my kitchen, then that dinner plate, which is my property, has been gained and maintained through violence? And it’s okay to eat me if I refuse to let go of my dinner plate?
I mean, I do agree with the sentiment of “eat the rich”, but for fuck’s sake, how is all property supposed to be violence? All property really does include even my toothbrush.
Words do matter.

What’s wrong in a nostalgia bait?

Don’t worry, they’ll produce a tank in the coming days. Typically new ones get ready at a pace of a couple tanks per week.

I would guess that the oil in all of the “intact” tanks is very hot as well. Oil is very good in retaining heat, after all.
Hot oil is much, much easier to set on fire than cooler oil.

810 is surprisingly low by contemporary standards. Has the Russia ended its offensive?

They are used for launching certain types of missiles that cannot be launched in any other manner. Also, unless they are small enough to fit in the canal network, they’d have to pass through Istanbul, and that route is currently blocked from warships.
The emoji keyboard on my phone is doing a mighty good job for picking emojis. Evoking its strength takes quite a lot of convincing, though. The ability to copypaste any emoji into the field is cool, though! I mean, you can write whole (simple) words with the Chinese script! :D
That one doesn’t have all of the reactions I need, so I often need to fire up Blorp, find the conversation and do the 7-step process.
But yeah, the emoji button on PieFed is better than Blorp’s menu –> React…

Shattered PD is so good that there’s unfortunately no sense making another one. Thanks, @00_Evan@lemmy.world , BTW!

Yeah, that’s true. Although, not by much. I remember that in 1990’s there was still plenty of distrust towards them, as they were seen as nazis. Nobody wanted Germany to become strong. The 1990’s began 45 years after WWII had ended, and while the trust had been almost recovered, it was still not intact. I’m not sure if it’s even now: Germany is the biggest reason we didn’t support Ukraine militarily as much as needed back in spring 2022. They wanted cheap gas and were ready to accept horrors in the name of political realism. It’s hard at least for me to not see a connection between that cynicism and what the same cynicism led to in 1920’s and 1930’s.

Yeah, that’s absolutely correct, I agree!
But, it won’t return our trust towards USA. That will take decades, no matter what. Dethroning Trump is a good beginning. Or beginning of a beginning. But actual permanent changes would need to take place, amd I don’t really see them 8n the horizon.

Oh, thanks for the heads-up! I edited the comment now. And know to be careful with this in the future!
What’s it like to go to doctor?
Well, annoying. Something is wrong in your body and that’s never fun. And then they need to do some procedures that also usually won’t feel nice.
A broken arm, for example, probably means some kind of painkiller pushed into my muscles with a syringe. That hurts. And then I’ll be needing a cast. Meh.
This answer sounds kind of banal… But this is proably about what you did expect(?)
And I don’t know if I’d have to pay. Never broken an arm. Probably nothing. Or maybe many tens of euros? Definitely not over 50 €, though.
I’m in Finland, but this should, by all logic, apply to pretty much the whole of not-USA.
