This was years ago, but I had a similar issue of not being able to SSH in a hotel. I talked to the front desk and they were able to grant me access to a different network that didn’t have that blocked. I can’t remember whether I had to pay for it or not…
Around here, the grocery stores usually have a deli section that also cooks and sells ready-to-eat food, including fried chicken and chicken tenders. I suspect something like that is where this sign was seen

You just put your loose leaf tea in it, pour in hot water, and let it steep. When it’s done you set it on top of your mug and it filters the tea out the bottom
