It’s a mix of poor and wealthy, so look around before deciding. Spend a couple hours walking around for fun, just to see. But you want to be on the river-side of Carling/Richmond (they cross paths)

You’ll have the same (amazing) package manager without the extra ubuntu stuff. Find a desktop manager that supports the stylus (I assume Gnome and KDE Plasma both will support it).
Just make sure to enable non-free packages.
