Wow, this gorgeous! I love the detail and composition.
I take a random number around 800 and start to count backwards in increments of 7. It’s kind of tedious and drowns out my other thoughts. I don’t think I’ve ever made it to zero :)
Of course you should use bigger numbers if your math skills are better.

Coloring is great! I like to spend some time with my daughter to pick out a few images online (she’s a big fan of Kuromi), paste them together in a single page in gimp and then print them (twice) on marker paper.
Then we color them with alcohol markers. Which is so satisfying when you manage to get a perfectly colored image, it will almost look like it’s printed.
I worked too long for a job that paid way below average. Thinking I didn’t deserve any better.
