This will make some landlords to reduce the rent to benefit more due to 0 tax, which will benefit tenants. We’ll see if it’s enough but it’s a good move.

Maybe, just maybe, basic human needs like housing should not be objects of speculative markets.

I propose a highly unconventional solution: get Schrödinger here asap!
