Well with Stremio you don’t need to do that, because it’s laid out like Netflix. That’s why I prefer it over Plex; no downloading, no transferring files over (and if you add a Debrid service to the mix, no waiting on seeds, either). Just pick what you want to watch with your TV remote and enjoy. It’s convenient enough that your Boomer parents could navigate it with ease.
Don’t know what they’re but I would just go to Sonarr and add Southpark and at some point they’ll appear in Plex.
