    scuba don’t breathe pure oxygen. That’s poisonous

        with higher pressures, scuba divers get less oxygen in the mixture they breathe. Because of the higher pressure more oxggen gets absorbed by their lungs and so, to compensate, there is a smaller percentage of oxygen in the tank.

        This guy is not doing that.
