Reddit must now answer to its shareholders as well as its vocal users.

    I was predicting that that would happen - the current shareholders managing to pocket a hefty sum, before Reddit ruins itself. It’s worse than Reddit not being ruined, but also worse than Reddit going to ruin before its current shareholders get a profit.

    The good thing about being a pessimist is that, on worst hypothesis, you’re right.
