He gave mine out, too, but replying Stop really has made a difference. The rate at which they were pestering me decreased very quickly, immediately; I had been getting a couple a day but it went down to a couple a month. I kept replying Stop for each new one, and it’s been at least a month now since I’ve gotten any at all.
