    The “no, you” approach is definitely becoming a regular card in their playbook. Got to throw that shit up against the wall and see what sticks I guess.

    Ah - yeah. I should’ve seen this coming.

    It’s a standard tactic for Trump, as it is for petulant and unimaginative children around the world - basically an official version of “Nuh uh! You are!”

    Biden needs to order seal team six to walk up to Trump and slap him across the face and then walk back to their helicopter and fly away.

    Biden need to order all the property owned by the conservative members of the court be seized under eminent domain. You know, for security reasons. And he should make sure they don’t miss Clarence Thomas’ RV.

    Putting aside the ludicrousness of this argument, what good would a gag order do if Biden violates it? He’s immune from prosecution.
