Iām wondering how his Supreme Court cronies will cover for him this time. He isnāt the president, so this canāt be an official act.
I believe the distinction is a Super PAC. Iām not sure of the specific differences outside of a Super Pac may not be for a specific candidate and can be funded without donation disclosures.
He is probably not from a legal standpoint. He is talking to her and she just funds the pac and selects the people who run it. Itās super easy to get around that law.
