As far as I can tell kamalahq account posts the same twitter posts to their threads account. So you can avoid going to twitter by just looking for the exact same post on threads
Independent of the campaign there’s also a bluesky mirror someone set up but it doesn’t have video mirrored. I know bluesky has only just recently started rolling out video support, however
