      John Roberts has made his decision, now let him enforce it

      More seriously you probably wouldn’t need to issue any new executive orders, signing the existing presidential emergency action documents is probably sufficient, plus declaring a couple of people terrorists

      Damn too bad there’s literally no way to influence the justices’ nor is there any way to pack the courts and you just have to respect their decision, too bad there’s no precedent for this. Whelp guess we gotta hand over power to a rabid fascist who will destroy the country, it’s not like the president is legally allowed to murder him or something, oh well.
