The Reserve base was being quite reserved this morning when it came to loading the brush. I managed to load enough for the first pass, a drippy, thin lather, which provided adequate protection. After building the lather on my face, I immediately loaded more soap to use for the second pass.
Despite the lather issues, the shave was great, and the scents were just what I needed.

Despite the lather issues, the shave was great, and the scents were just what I needed.
I have a sample of this soap that I’ve yet to try. I should break it out soon, it smells great and I’m curious how this base performs for me.
