Meuwissen, a Polish-Belgian journalist and co author of this pamphlet, also served as a communications director for the Ordo Iuris Institute and has published articles for many years with the Visegrád Post, a fringe far-right site later revealed to be part of the Voice of Europe network — a Russian intelligence operation aimed at covertly funding and supporting the far-right across Europe.
