President Biden called Rupert Murdoch, the Founder of Fox News, the “most dangerous man in the world,” according to published reports. But what does this mean? From degradation of global democracy, to climate skepticism, to war in Iraq, to undermining public health messaging during a pandemic, Murdoch’s Fox News has done tremendous harm to Americans and to U.S. institution.

In 2022 we learned that Biden called Rupert Murdoch the most dangerous man in the world. This article written in 2023 backs up Biden’s assertion with lots of evidence. I know the article is slightly old but I haven’t seen this posted here yet.

Here’s an article about Biden calling Murdoch the most dangerous man: https://edition.cnn.com/2022/04/03/media/reliable-sources-biden-murdoch-fox-news/index.html

Yes he is. But if he wasn’t, someone else would be. The point being the only way these pieces of shit are allowed any power is because we don’t understand - as a populace - how media works. It’s not part of our processing of input. And so, propaganda works, it can’t be countered and the only way to defeat it will never be taught.

Yes, we need stronger broadcast regulations and schools must do their best to equip students with the ability to recognize disinformation. Efforts in teaching won’t be perfect especially at first but we must make progress.

Man, these old heartless fucks just won’t die. Part of me thinks we have shot ourselves in the foot coming out with the vaccine so quickly. Maybe if we would have let COVID cook a little longer we could have shaken off a few of these parasites.

      Good news!
Covid had a peak mortality rate of about 3%
Bird Flu has a mortality rate of about 56%
And most cases at the moment come from unpasteurized milk, which his buddy RFK jr promotes to Fox News fans (MAGA idiots).
If it stays the way it is with no person-to-person transmission they’ll thin themselves out pretty quickly.
