Strength exercise helps, I recommend it
Every time someone complains about things starting to hurt at age ____ is some unfit and or overweight dude. Strange.
That’s just most people though, isn’t it?
It’s a bit messed up that we humans have to exercise just to stay well-functioning, and I don’t blame people who don’t do that at all.
What about weakness exercise?
