I both love and hate “Don’t Look Up”. It’s such an amazingly accurate portayal of reality.
I knew I’d love it early on with the line “Why does the ephemeris keep getting lower and lower?”, followed by a tense silence, followed by a Jack Handy quote.
It’s the only comedy that made me feel nauseous because of how depressingly on point it was.
