    Poor woman. Married a guy who installed windows on his steam deck. Got a kid with a guy who’d rather play video games instead of being there for her during labor.

    There’s so much to unpack here it almost seems like trolling. Tarkov is extremely attention consuming. You have to be on alert, and rounds can take up to 45 minutes…while your wife is in labor… There’s also the faxlct the game is known for being server favoring vs client so if you have a shitty connection, like wifi, it’s going to end badly for you. Plus the crap he went through installing / configuring Windows just to be able to play Tarkov??? Idk, can’t tell if insanity or just wrongly allocated dedication haha.

    I brought my steam deck for the 4 overnight days and mostly played it at night or early AM when nothing was going on. That said bringing M&KB and using up the little space you get in some of the rooms seems a little overboard…

    I also question this gamer’s choice in brands razor products suck so bad.

    When my first kid was born I brought my laptop so we could watch Airplane! while she was in labor 🤦‍♂️

      We did the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

      It got bit tough when the labor took longer than the three extended editions.

      Well, yes, people don’t understand just how long a fucking wait it can be. Honestly I figure that joke here is the guy it’s clearly ignoring his wife and not providing entertainment.

      For the record, my wife’s labors were both very short but I did in fact come prepared with entrainment for her. It actually helped quite a bit in postpartum (especially the first time, I stayed the night twice and we just hung out with our baby and taking turns taking care of her).
