Happens to me all the time, usually goes away after lying down even for just a moment or pounding on my chest. One time it didn’t go away though and lasted like 48 hours 😩

Doctor has told me that it’s PCS and it seems consistent with my experience and has been happening to me for at least 10 years. Maybe it’s placaebo but lying down helps for me. I try not to take a deep slow breath cause it’s obviously really painful
edit: and “all the time” is an exaggeration, maybe once a month or lessdeleted by creator

Yeah i had one too a few weeks ago. Scared the shit out of me as i couldn’t breathe for a few seconds. I thought i was suddenly severely sick. Turns out it was just a panic attack i somehow got a few minutes after the german elections results came out. what a coincidence.

It might be nothing but see a doctor. I’m young and healthy but turns out my heart genetics suck and I had dangerously high blood pressure.
A take two little pills a day and watch my sodium and no more heart pains are no longer an issue :)
Oh shit, those. It’s pretty rare that I get those, it’s maybe happened 5 or 6 times ever, but I happened to get one about a month ago after I went running for the first time in awhile. I guess those deep breaths triggered it.
