Listen, lad. I built this restaurant up from nothing. When I started here, all there was was an empty lot. Other franchise owners said I was daft to build a pizza restaurant on this corner, but I built it all the same, just to show em. It went bankrupt. So I started a second one in the same building. That went bankrupt! So I started a third one in the same building. That got infested by rats, shut down by the health department, then went bankrupt. But the fourth one… stayed open!

The building’s shape indicates that it used to be a Pizza Hut, Domino’s is their competitor.
