Honestly this is good news for me, please Zuck enshittify WhatsApp as much as you can. This is the only app I can’t leave from them because literally my whole country refuses to use anything else than Whatsapp for messaging.
Start using an alternative alongside WhatsApp as much as possible.
That is the problem, as much as possible is still 0. I already have all the alternatives installed in my phone but I can’t use them if there is no one to talk to over there.
No one wants to do the effort to change even if this effort is to spend 5 minutes installing a free app. Why should I change? Then they look at me as Mr. TinfoilHat if I tell them the reasons. My only hope is Whatsapp turning to shit itself.
I dropped WhatsApp as soon as Facebook bought them. Sure it’s encrypted but it’s owned by some of the same people I want to be protected from by using said encryption.
