I read a bit about using a different DNS for Privacy and I think the best one should be quad9? Or is there anything better except self hosting a DNS?

    Quad9, Adguard, RethinkDNS, Applied Privacy Foundation and Mullvad. There are quite more which are trusted like NextDNS. But these for I checked myself and these are trustworthy in my opinion and depending on there handeling with your data.
