the second to last one are the girls from clannad, a somewhat infamously sad visual novel from the early 2000s. the last one is the student council from revolutionary girl utena, which is my favorite anime of all time. the joke is that utena is not a moe show, being a 39 episode long surrealist analysis of gender roles and the patriarchy about a bunch of queer teenagers that has so many content warnings it’s a little absurd
